Stephen H. Putzer passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016 after a brief illness.  He was 72. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. Mr. Putzer lived in Menlo Park, Iselin, Fanwood and Westfield, N.J. before moving to Plainfield, N.J. in 1997.  He was the Global Manager of Printing and Graphic Services at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom in New York City from 1988.  He was still active at the time of his death.  He was a member of the American Legion and Congregation Beth Israel of Scotch Plains and its Men’s Club.  He is survived by Brenda (nee Balot) his beloved wife of 47 years, two sons, Eric (Dr. Denise Fleischmann), and Brian (Amanda) Putzer, of Glen Rock N.J. and Edison, N.J. respectively, two daughters, Jodie (John) Carroll of New Hampshire and Donna Putzer of Plainfield, N.J. as well as two grandchildren, Sara and Elana.  He is also survived by a special niece and nephew, Karen Ianni, and Howard Sherak.
