Charles A. Levine passed away on Jan. 14, 2014 after a lengthy illness.  He was 87.  Born in Newark, N.J. he attended the Weequahic High School in Newark, N.J..  Later he moved to Maplewood, N.J. where he lived for over 30 years, then to Toms River, N.J. for 20 years and finally to Lakewood, N.J. in 2013. He was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army. After the war he worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a letter carrier for over 20 years in Livingston, N.J. and was a member of the B’nai B’rith Lodge in Irvington, N.J.  He is survived by his beloved wife Ethel (nee Kurtzman) of Lakewood, N.J., his devoted son Mark (Teri) Levine of North Wales, PA. and dear daughter Sandi Levine of San Francisco, CA.
